What are the delivery charges?
Lemmetat Aestheitcs charges flat 50 Rs/- on each order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We attempt to process every order and ship it within 48 hours. Your order will get delivered within 5-7 business days
depending on your location in India.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political
disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your
emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s),
you will receive a follow up email containing the shipping details.
How do I track my Order?
After your order is shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit
the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. Delivery times may be longer in such cases. Please
provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in coordinating for faster delivery.
What should be done if my package has been opened or damaged or I receive an incorrect product?
Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a
damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on lemmetatz@gmail.com with the images
within 24 hours of delivery. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive
of taxes.
Why can I not buy products from my city/pincode?
Availability to your pincode depends upon our courier partner’s service in your location as a result, there may be certain
areas that we will be unable to deliver.
What if I have made the payments and there is no serviceability to my city/pin code?
As a process, we will try and get products delivered to non-serviceable locations by tie-ups with local courier companies.
If we are unable to do so, we will refund the full amount back to you after informing you on the same.
